\n\t\t\tSLA teenustase\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\tTeenustasemed (SLA) m\u00e4\u00e4ravad, kui kiiresti rikkeid lahendatakse ja millal tugi on k\u00e4ttesaadav. Vaikimisi kuulub teenuse juurde SLA 0, mis t\u00e4hendab tavap\u00e4rast teenindust t\u00f6\u00f6ajal ja pikemat lahendusaega.

\r\nVajadusel saab valida k\u00f5rgema taseme: \r\n
SLA 1 pakub kiiremat lahendamist t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eviti\r\n
SLA 2 laiendab toe ka n\u00e4dalavahetusele ning tagab veel kiirema taastamise\r\n
SLA 3 annab k\u00f5rgeima prioriteedi ning k\u00f5ige kiirema rikete k\u00f5rvaldamise.
